These have the look of portraits done by Johnathan Canlas. Obviously they don't look like they were taken with film (I'm so happy that I finally feel like I can spot the difference between film and digital!), but the subjects all look so relaxed in front of the camera and I love it.
Also, can you pretty pretty pretty please add the option for people to comment using name/url to your blog?
These are really lovely - I especially like the sixth and seventh ones. Those in particular just seem to capture a lot of personality and the lighting in them is lovely too.
